Mesh Stitch Knitting Pattern

How to knit Mesh Stitch:

Multiple of 2 + 2 edge sts. 

Cast on 14 stitches and work according to chart.

The chart shows Right Side and Wrong Side rows.

Read RS row from right to left, WS row from left to right.

The pat rep = 2 sts wide.

Row 1: edge st, * work 3 sts from 2 sts (= K1 through the back loop without lifting the st off the needle, yarn over, K2tog tbl and drop them off the needle, repeat from * to the end of row, edge st.

Row 2: edge st, * p1, k2tog tbl (= knit two stitches together as one stitch through the back loop), repeat from * to the end of row, edge st.

Repeat these 2 rows for pattern.
