Lace Pullover

Sizes: 10/12 (US 6/8).

Materials:

Yarn: 500 g (70% Wool, 30% Viscose, yardage = 280 m/100 g); one pair quick knit needles and one circular needle, both size 4 mm (US 6).

Stockinette stitch (St st): Work RS rows K and WS rows P.

Rib Pattern: alt K1, P1 Rib.

Lace Pattern: 

Work according to chart. Only RS rows are shown. 

On WS rows work all sts and yos P.

Repeat Rows 11-24 throughout.

Back: 

Cast on 87 sts and work 4 cm in Rib Patt.

Cont to work in Lace Pattern.

Raglan Shaping: When piece measures 46 cm from cast on, bind off 4 sts at both ends, then 1 st 22 times on every 2nd row.

After 66 cm from cast on bind off all sts.

Front: 

Work like back, but with neckline.

When piece measures 59 cm from cast on, bind off center 23 sts and complete both sides separately. 

For rounding at inside edge bind off 3 sts once, 2 sts once and 1 st once on every 2nd row. 

After 66 cm from cast on bind off all sts.

Sleeve: 

Cast on 51 sts and work 4 cm in Rib Patt. 

Cont as foll: selv st, 10 sts in St st, 19 sts in Lace Pattern, 10 sts in St st, selv st.

Sleeve Shaping: Inc 1 st of St st each side on every 6th row.

Raglan Shaping: When piece measures 42 cm from cast on, bind off 4 sts at both ends of sleeve, then 1 st 22 times on every 2nd row.

When piece measures 62 cm from cast on, bind off all sts. 

Finishing: 

Join raglan seams.

Sew side and sleeve seams. 

With circular needle, pick up sts evenly around neck edge and work 4 cm in Rib Patt. Then bind off all sts as they appear.
