Cocoon Cardigan with Leaf Pattern

How to knit the cardigan with leaf lace pattern:
Size: M (US 10 / UK 12).
Materials:
700 g yarn (85% polyester, 15% polyamide, 230 yd/100 g). Knitting needles US 10 (6 mm).

Ribbing Pattern: * Knit 1, purl 1, knit 1 *, repeat from * to * throughout.

Leaf Pattern: The number of stitches is a multiple of 12 + 1 + 2 edge stitches.
Work according to the chart showing right-side rows only.
On wrong-side rows, work all stitches and yarn overs as purl.
Begin with 1 edge stitch and 6 stitches before the pattern repeat, repeat the pattern repeat throughout, end with 7 stitches after the repeat and 1 edge stitch.
Repeat rows 1–20 throughout.

Gauge: 13 sts and 16 rows = 4 × 4 in (10 × 10 cm).

Back and Fronts:
Worked as one piece in a rectangle.
Cast on 157 stitches and work in the Leaf Pattern.
After 20 in (50 cm) from the beginning, for the collar bind off 43 sts, continue working the remaining 71 sts in Ribbing Pattern, then bind off the last 43 sts.
Next, continue working 70 sts in Ribbing Pattern.
Bind off 1 st at each edge 10 times in every row.
After 4 in (10 cm) from the beginning of the ribbing, bind off all stitches.

Sleeves:
Cast on 34 sts and work in Ribbing Pattern.
After 10 in (25 cm) from the beginning, bind off all stitches.

Finishing:
Fold the knitted piece in half lengthwise (without the collar) and sew 14 in (35 cm) along the lower edge, leaving 6 in (15 cm) for the armholes.
Sew the sleeves in place.
Sew sleeve seams.
