Pullover in Lace Pattern

Size: M

Materials: 

Yarn: 350 g (100% Wool, yardage = 120 m/50 g); 1 pair quick knit needles, sizes 3 and 4.5 mm (US 2.5 and 7).

Band Pattern: Multiple of 24 + 1 + 2 selv sts.

Row 1: selv st, K11, * s2kpo (= sl 1 kwise, knit 2 tog, pass slipped stitch over), K21, rep from *, K3tog, K11, selv st.

Rows 2 and 4: Knit.

Row 3: selv st, K10, * s2kpo (= sl 1 kwise, knit 2 tog, pass slipped stitch over), K19, rep from *, K3tog, K10, selv st.

Repeat Rows 1-4 throughout.

Lace Pattern: 

Work according to chart. Only RS rows are shown.

On WS rows work all sts as they appear, purl yos.

Rep Rows 1-20 throughout.

Lace Panel:

RS row: selv st, * K2tog, yo, rep from * throughout, K1, selv st.

WS row: purl.

Gauge: 20 sts and 26 rows = 10 x 10 cm.

Back: 

Using 3 mm needles, cast on 99 sts and work 4 rows in Band Pattern = 83 sts.

Using 4.5 mm needles, cont in Lace Pattern: selv st, work sts before patt rep, work patt rep 3 times, end with sts after patt rep, selv st. 

Work in pats as established until 140 rows are complete.

Then work 2 rows in Lace Panel and 6 rows K, bind off sts.

Front: Work same as back.

Sleeve: 

Using 3 mm needles, cast on 99 sts and work as given for back but 80 rows in Lace Pattern, then 6 rows K and bind off sts.

Finishing: 

Sew shoulder seams.

Sew side and sleeve seams. Set in sleeves.
