Materials:
Yarn: 400 g (50% Wool, 50% Acrylic, yardage = 392 m/100 g); one pair quick knit needles and one circular needle, both size US 00 (1.5mm).
Rib Pattern: * K1, slip 1 pwise, leave yarn at front of work, repeat from *.
Lace Pattern:
Work according to chart. Only RS rows are shown.
On WS rows, purl all sts and yo's.
Repeat Rows 1-8 throughout.
Gauge:
in lace pattern: 32 sts and 48 rows = 10 x 10 cm.
Back:
Cast on 145 sts and work 4 rows in Rib Pattern.
Continue to work 120 rows in Lace Pattern.
For Armhole Shaping, on Row 121 from Rib Pattern, at each end bind off 20 sts and 1 st 5 times on every 2nd row = 95 sts.
For Neckline Shaping, on Row 233 from Rib Pattern, bind off center 37 sts and 1 st 3 times at both ends of them on every 2nd row.
On Row 241 from Rib Pattern, bind off remaining 26 shoulder sts.
Front:
Work like back, but with deeper neckline.
For Neckline Shaping, on Row 185 from Rib Pattern, bind off center 25 sts and 1 st 9 times at both ends of them on every 2nd row.
On Row 241 from Rib Pattern, bind off remaining 26 shoulder sts.
Sleeves:
Sew one shoulder seam.
Pick up 151 sts along armhole edge and work in Lace Pattern.
For Sleeve Shaping, bind off 1 st each side every 2nd row 36 times.
On Row 169 from beg, decrease 20 sts evenly spaced across = 59 sts.
Then work 10 rows in Rib Pattern.
On Row 179 from beg, bind off all sts.
Finishing:
Sew side and sleeve seams.
For Nech Band, pick up 140 sts evenly around neck edge and work 7 rows in Rib Pattern, bind off all sts.
